There is Always the 'First' Time

    Blogging

I will never forget the first time I post my 'first' blog was on May 27, 2005. At the time I am blue, sad, lonely but always curious of the things I don't have any personal experiences.

When I fill up the details here on spaces, I need to have my own title, so I prefer title that will reflect the message in my posts, something beyond moderation, unique, strange but true facts. Of course I am aware that there is the EXTREME boys, who are making hit of their song. In fact, I love the lyrics of one of their hit song, entitled 'More Than Words.'

I described my title for adults only because the pictures depicting my first and subsequent entries need to reflect how my entries would be better understood for some people. Please don't confuse my title with the EXTREME boys, they have goodwill and are great song artist whereas, mine pertains to mere blogging. Anyway, I added some entries (ex: POLL) for the teens because I knew, some of them are reading and looking in my space, as borne out by my statistics.

Circumcision is very normal in the Philippines but the same is not true allegedly in Japan and some European countries. I am referring to 'male' circumcision. So, like what I have said a while ago, my topic will cover strange, unique, etc. hence, I arrived on 'Female Circumcision.' I got more negative responses and beautiful comments as well. I especially thanks and extended credit to Miss Moxie as far as I am concerned, she has contributed a great insight of female genital but to tell you honestly, I myself is not circumcised and if any one would dare to challenge me that I am, I will never accept the challenge. Perhaps, the problem lies in the topic I've chosen, so I try not to post entries involving violence.

At the time, I don't have control panel, no idea of online spell check, copy and paste procedure and most especially the rules in blogging. I amended, corrected and republished some of my entries taking into account the ethics involved in blogging but never change the substance and go in conflict with the comments previously entered into by the readers. One of the rules mentioned about was not to delete any entry, you may amend, correct and republish it but, NEVER delete due to RSS syndication, so I have no choice but to maintain my 'first' topic.

During my first entry, I always found spaces which have very few and some are empty of comments, many are talking about their personal experiences (I don't have the courage at the moment to be all revealing, it would take a lot of preparation, courage and determination) and some are telling they don't know what to say or write, they are just bored, etc., something to that effect.

I am also new in spaces and I feel for the newbies, so I try to encourage them to please persevere because blogging whether for personal or professional is fun, addictive, therapeutic, a medium to meet new friends, lovers and rewarding to those who are deserving. I consider blogging as one of my hobbies.
