Carbon dioxide emissions from coal-burning power plants must be reduce to lessen heat-trapping greenhouse gases from automobiles. Melting glaciers, rising sea levels and other threats from carbon dioxide and other warming gases can trap heat in the atmosphere like a greenhouse. Investment in cleaner fuels and flexible-fuel vehicles that can run on ethanol must be encourage if applicable and appropriate. Industrial manufacturers need to stimulate increased production of renewable biofuels, such as corn and cellulosic ethanol, which naturally have lower emissions. Although mandatory limits on emissions would harm the economy, reducing the intensity of emissions to slow the gases' growth, shall be necessary.
Climate change will increase such storms in the future. The rising temperatures in the United States would diminish snow accumulations and increase water evaporation, threatening rivers, lakes, and other water sources. The melting of the Greenland and west Antarctic ice sheets could cause the oceans to rise consequently, poses an even greater danger.
With respect to national security threat, it will worsen terrorism and fights over dwindling natural resources that will result from a warming of the earth.
Warming temperatures could also spur increases in respiratory illnesses, accelerate the spread of infectious diseases such as Lyme disease and West Nile virus, and produce more extended periods of high-temperature days.
How to help?
1. Buy less polluting products. As an individual, I would prefer buying foods that are easy to prepare and as much as possible not sold in plastic packages. Aside from being able to save time, energy and money, I can help contribute to save the environment.
2. Sell environmentally sustainable products except organic foods. However, consumers seem to be motivated by the health benefits, not the environmental impact. Some products would be more expensive, even if consumers are likely to save money over time as in the case of the energy-efficient light bulbs.
3. Offsetting carbon emissions by planting thousands of trees. In Metro Manila, you can seldom see trees here rather, lots of contruction projects for the road, which more often than not, needs to be improved and worst, repair. Cutting down trees especially those where the proposed road project's purpose for widening is allowed and pursued like what happened in Mcarthur Highway in Bulacan.
4. Educating the people is the highest impact of this process. For conservative christians and catholics, global warming is a pro-life cause. It simply addresses life outside the womb.
Scary dreams may mean death of someone.I dreamt that I witnessed a murder case involving my former co-employee, BT who belong to group A and was engaged in a fight with another group (group B). A man (MN)wearing yellow shirt with collar from group B is fleeing to save his life when BT hacked him with a bolo in the back killing him instantly. MN's blood spread to the shirt of BT who was responsible for the crime. I was able to finish that dream and when I was awake, I realized how brave I am to finish such horrible scene.
Again, I dreamt of another incident whereby someone is about to be killed but I discontinue it and managed to awake myself alone as it was very scary for me during the night having had the aforesaid dream before.
In a span of two weeks this month, I've had 2 first cousins LL and BB, died of vehicular accident and stroke from my mother and father side, respectively. I will share to you what I have observed when I attended the wake and funeral in the province viz a viz, in Manila.
LL was riding a motorcycle (m1) with JL on their way home to Bulacan when another motorcycle (m2) driven by SS who was engaged in a motorcycle race, bump the rear portion of m1, hitting LL in the foot and due to hard impact her body was subsequently thrown left side hitting her head in a 10 wheeler truck resulting to bone fracture to her skull. JL was thrown towards right side hitting his back and arms in the grassy portion near the pavement. SS allegedly opted to bump m1 instead of hitting the truck in the left, thinking less injury to himself. Unluckily, a metal part of his motorcycle penetrated his head which caused to open his skull and was subsequently thrown away left side also hitting the truck. After 3 days comatose in Nueva Ecija hospital, LL died. SS was also in critical condition underwent operation due to blood clot and bone fracture he caused to himself. Despite the request of JL that the remains of LL be buried in Bulacan, my uncle decided to transfer the burial in Ilocos Sur due to the plea of LL's siblings and close relatives.
During the wake, there were many people from the nearby barrios and town went to share sympathy to the bereaved family. When suddenly I heard from a crowd someone is singing a song for the dead. It was followed by another one, one again and another, until it has turn into a punishment for the looser in a drinking spree. Some other who don't know how to sing will just compose any song relative to what is in his mind to tell to the dead or the bereaved family by way of singing. A young man who don't know how to sing managed to composed a 5-liner song as if he is courting. I nap at 2:30 am and around 4:35 am, I heard someone is singing out loud or crying, I was awaken by that and found out, she was a relative. There were also people playing card game at the back of the house when I go and find the comfort room. Full meal is serve during the wake so a pig is killed everyday to provide the food for many visitors.
BB died of heat stroke last March 14. He got high blood attack around 8 am, was immediately brought to the hospital. The attending physician found blood clot and the spouse was advised for the needed operation to remove the clot in BB's head. He was revived but pronounced dead around 12:00 noon on even date. The cadaver was stuck in the funeral parlor for 2 nights as there were no available coffin for his size. His is too obese that a rush order coffin for him was taken having 38 inches width to come from Pampanga province.
Many friends, relatives, city and barangay co-councilmen, etc. came back and forth to see if BB has arrived. When the coffin arrived, the body is placed on display for respects to be paid to the family of the deceased and the overall mood has become one of somber respect. There were many flowers and food were provided by co-councilmen and other organizations BB's involved in.
Full meal was not the style in Manila to be serve or prepare during the wake compared to the province. However, in BB's situation full meal was also given aside from other foods like siopao, butong pakwan, peanuts, pansit bihon, cookies, candies, puto, drinks in tetra packs, pineapple juice, as many people came to pay for a visit. Storytelling and card games are part of the wake.
Lastly, during the mass some people have stated in their speech how good a companion BB was during the time they are with him. The surviving spouse thank all the people who has shared sympathy and she realized that it is really very heart-warming to know that many loved BB.

Chemical properties: Attempts to bond with WO any chance it can get. Also tends to form strong bonds with itself. Becomes explosive when mixed with KD (Element: child) for prolonged period of time. Neutralize by saturating with alcohol.
Usage : None known. Possibly good source of methane. Good specimens are able to produce large quantities on command.
Caution : In the absence of WO, this element rapidly decomposes and begins to smell.
